WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURNING THE GOODS?

• You can return the goods within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags.
• We only return the money to the bank account.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS?

Every order you receive contains a delivery note as well as the goods return documentation.

This is how you can easily return the goods:

• Pack the goods into a suitable package to prevent damages.
• Attach filled goods return documentation.
• If you do not have the documentation needed you can easily generate it by using the online form.
• Send the package via any courier service or mail to the address below.

The value of the returned goods will be refunded to your bank account. Payment will be processed within 14 days of accepting the return.
